The turnaround time starts once we have received all information needed to begin the design.
After purchasing you will be sent a design form within 24 hours to complete. Check your junk mail if you have not received the form.
Any Illustrations needed will be an additional charge.
Manual Design

You will be sent 1 design concept.
There is a 3 minor revision limit, additional revisions will incur a £3 fee per revision.
Revisions include minor changes such as font, placement, colour etc. Revisions do not include new designs.
Please allow 2-5 working days for revisions.
